A blog and diary chronicling a transgender woman's experiences, milestones, and insights, working in the technology industry.
About me
Hello My Name Is Kaydee Fisher.
As a 31-year-old transgender female, I have always been passionate about technology and programming. My interest in technology began at a young age, and I have been honing my skills as a programmer for several years now. I specialize in C#, which has become my go-to language for creating innovative applications and software.
Prior to losing all my data due to hard drive corruption, I maintained a private blog site where I documented my thoughts and experiences as a transgender female working in the technology and engineering industry internally. This blog was a space where I could freely express myself. Losing this valuable resource was devastating, but it also provided me with the opportunity to start again, this time with a new perspective.
I have decided to take this setback as a chance to share my experiences and perspectives more broadly. Rather than keeping my thoughts and insights private, I have decided to create a public blog where I can share my experiences and insights with a wider audience. I believe that by making my writing accessible to others, I can help promote greater awareness and understanding
I am a firm believer in the power of technology to change lives and make the world a better place. My passion for programming stems from this belief, as I have seen firsthand how technology can transform businesses, improve healthcare, and enhance communication between individuals across the globe.
As a transgender female, I am also passionate about diversity and inclusivity in the tech industry. I believe that everyone should have equal opportunities to pursue their dreams and succeed in their chosen field, regardless of their gender identity or background. Through my work and advocacy efforts, I hope to inspire others and help make the tech industry a more welcoming and inclusive place for all.
In addition to programming, I am an avid blogger, and I use my platform to share my experiences as a transgender woman in the tech industry. Through my writing, I hope to raise awareness about the challenges faced by marginalized groups in tech and promote greater understanding and acceptance.
When I am not coding or blogging, you can find me exploring the latest tech gadgets and attending conferences and events related to technology and programming. I am always eager to learn about new innovations and to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my passion for technology.
Overall, I am a driven and passionate individual who is committed to using my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the world. Whether through my programming work, advocacy efforts, or writing, I am dedicated to advancing the cause of diversity and inclusivity in tech and empowering others to pursue their dreams.
